ACCOMMODATIONS

Dawson Heights consists of two separate apartment buildings, The Cedars and The Dawson as well as our collection of Cottages.

The Cedars is a housing option providing supportive independent living for seniors aged 65 and over and has one or two bedroom suites.  One bedroom units start at 510 square feet and the two bedroom units are 715 square feet.

The Dawson is an independent apartment building of one and two bedroom suites. One bedroom units start at 550 square feet and two bedroom units are 725 square feet.

The Cottages, part of the original Dawson Heights development, are stand-alone duplex style units which include one bedrooms at approximately 650 square feet and studio suites at about 400 square feet.
